Primary Identity DD

First Name Filtering

Return records that completely match the first name provided, and also:

Use wildcard after first 2 letters

Return common nicknames

Return uncommon nicknames

Last Name Filtering

Return records that completely match the last name provided, and also:

Use wildcard after first 2 letters

Include paterno/materno punctuation variations

Middle Name Filtering

Return all records, regardless of middle name

Return records that match the middle name provided

Return records that match the first initial of the middle name

Return records that are missing middle name

Primary DOBDD

DOB Filtering

Return records that completely match the DOB provided, and also:

Return records with incomplete DOB if one or more segments match

Return records that are missing a DOB in the following states:

Sex Offender DOB Filtering Overrides

Return any records that completely match the DOB provided, and also:

Return records if the full DOB is present but only two segments match

Return records that are missing a DOB in the following states:

Government Watch List
DOB Filtering Over-rides

Return all records found, and also:

Return records that are missing a DOB

Alias Identity DD

Alias First Name

Uses Primary Identity settings

Alias Last Name

Uses Primary Identity settings

Alias Middle Name

When an alias middle name is missing that is developed by Alias Search

Return all records, regardless of middle name

Only return records that are missing middle name

Only return records that match the middle name exactly

Alias DOB DD

Applies to both the Alias Search type and any Alias/Former name variations dispatched to vendor

- Same as Primary DOB settings

Recency DD

Applies to Criminal Records and does not apply to Sex Offender or Government Watch List Records

Return all records found regardless of age, or

Don’t return records older than 7 years from the earliest date.
