Names

  • Match first name exactly

    Search standard variations based on applicant name.

Dates

  • Use DOB year range
    Use a fuzzy date of birth range to return other possible matches. Set the number of years +/- the entered DOB you want to search.

  • Match only on DOB year
    Use a fuzzy date of birth range that will return other possible matches within the same year of birth.
  • Limit timeframe on returned records
    Set a year limit to not return results on that are older than that number of years in the past.

  • Match with empty DOB
    Return results that are missing a date of birth.
  • Match with incomplete DOB
    If the date of birth is incomplete but the existing information matches, return the results.
  • Match with any 2 parts of DOB
    If two pieces of the date of birth match but not the full date, return the results.
  • Limit date matching
    By default, the system will use all the following dates in order of most to least recent to verify a record, but later dates can be excluded if desired.

Addresses

  • Match address with partial name
    Return results if the address matches and at least 3 letters of the first or last name also match.
  • Match address always
    Return all address matches, regardless of whether the name matches or not.
  • Match ZIP code
    Search for records around provided addresses.
  • ZIP code radius
    Limit matches to include only those within X miles around the provided addresses. Set number of miles below:

    Remove results from the address history trace/SSN search that do not match applicant name or standard RapidCourt name variations.
